Yesterday saw the return of the ever popular St David’s Hospice Christmas Fayre that takes place at St Pierre Marriott Hotel & Country Club. The venue was bursting at the seams with all types of stalls including arts and crafts, homemade cakes, original gift ideas, jewellery and refreshments.
Basepoint Chepstow held a coffee and cakes networking event on Friday to celebrate Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) which ran from November 16-22. Global Entrepreneurship Week is the world’s largest campaign to promote entrepreneurship. Each year, it plays a critical role in encouraging the next generation of entrepreneurs to consider starting up their own business.
Staff and Licensees enjoyed a really fantastic day here at Basepoint Chepstow on Friday, raising funds for Children in Need. We held a table sale to raise money, selling Pudsey themed cup-cakes expertly crafted by Jenifer Sterry at Homemade Cakes 4 All, fresh Free Range Eggs, homemade Whiskey Marmalade and - the pièce de résistance - a huge variety of the finest herbs and spices, generously donated by Licensee JustIngredients.

We exhibited at the Sterling Integrity Business Show held at the Cheltenham Racecourse. Basepoint were represented by Tina Colegate, Centre Manager of Chepstow, Maria Koppernick, Lyn Chapman, Centre Manager of Swindon and Claire Vagges, Centre Manager of Tewkesbury. We were happy to welcome local Cheltenham businesses to the show and network with other local exhibitors.
