Basepoint Evesham supports local charity Malvern Special Families

Basepoint Evesham is delighted to announce that Malvern Special Families has been selected as the centre’s chosen charity for the next financial year.
Malvern Special Families started 26 years ago when a group of local parents who had children with special needs used to meet for mutual support. Since then, it has become an officially recognised registered charity and currently offers support to over 100 families living the area. Through the provision of its Saturday clubs, youth groups and holiday schemes, Malvern Special Families provides a safe, fun, and social environment for children and young people with disabilities to enjoy.
Ian Fenney, Centre Manager for Basepoint Evesham, comments: “Malvern Special Families offer a terrific amount of support to families and carers in the local area, which is why we’re delighted to support them. We’re currently in talks and planning our fundraising initiatives for the coming months, so watch this space!”
