Dragons Breath Fire Into Curry Tasting Session
The Old Rectory Business Centre in Northfleet, Kent, hosted a free curry tasting session on Friday 28th February to celebrate the success of its licensees, Vini and Bal Aujla who have recently secured £50,000 worth of investment on the BBC’s Dragon’s Den for its fresh range of Indian cooking sauces.
Basepoint’s licensees and external local businesses were invited to sample Vini and Bal’s meat and vegetable curries, learn about their experience pitching on Dragon’s Den, as well as network with other small businesses and entrepreneurs.
Michelle Gagie, Centre Manager at The Old Rectory, comments: “There was a great turnout for the event, attendees were excited to taste Vini and Bal’s delicious new sauces and hear first-hand advice from the successful pitch that secured investment from Piers Linny. We are proud to see a new business venture grow so quickly and successfully at our centre!”
