New Licensee potential 'Game changer' for diabetes care

Basepoint Chepstow are pleased to have recently welcomed new licensee Orsus Medical to the centre. Headed by CEO Sabih Chaudhry, Orsus Medical have developed real-time non-invasive blood glucose monitoring that has been described as a ‘game changer in glucose monitoring’.

Sabih told us, “Diabetes is an increasing pandemic with over 380 million diabetics in the world today. Living with it and managing it can be painful and ever consuming. Leading a “normal” lifestyle often means testing up to eight times a day with finger stick devices.

“This will be a thing of the past as Orsus Medical is developing a unique life changing non-invasive blood glucose monitor. No more pain, instant reading of blood glucose – not delayed “after the event” measurements”.
