Basepoint Chepstow Share the Love!

Love was in the air here at Basepoint Chepstow at the end of last week, as staff and Licensees got together for a Valentine’s themed Coffee and Cake Networking event.
We pulled out all the stops to make sure that the theme didn’t go unnoticed, with red roses (including roses made of solid chocolate), heart shaped helium balloons, red table cloths and napkins and heart shaped table confetti. But we stopped short of playing Barry White on the CD player.
The real highlight of the event however, were the Valentine's themed cup-cakes beautifully crafted by Jenifer Sterry at Homemade Cakes 4 All, which were wonderful to look at and event better to eat, each containing a surprise in the form of 4 chocolate buttons.
As usual the event was a real hit with our Licensees, who were delighted to down tools and join in, though most commented that the event amounted to the beginning and the end of their plans for Valentine’s day. Oh well, we were glad we could spread at least a little bit of love!
