The Centre, which will be known as Ambition Broxbourne Business Centre, is due to open in Autumn 2016 and will provide office and studio accommodation between 150 sq. ft. and 500 sq. ft., along with free parking, let on Basepoint’s flexible ‘Easy In, Easy Out’ terms.
The Centre is easily accessible from the A10 and A414, as well as being a short walk from the mainline train station.
In addition the Centre will also offer meeting room space, informal breakout areas and virtual offices.
