The Old Rectory Business Centre in Northfleet is a newly refurbished Grade II Listed Building providing 27 small and meduim sized, furnished, serviced office units in a beautifully landscaped setting. Northfleet's  serviced office units range in size from 69 to 500 sq. ft (6.4 to 46 m2) and have been carefully designed to suit new and growing businesses. Free car parking is offered to all licensees and visitors.

The centre is situated at the junction of Springhead Road and Thames Way, half a mile north of the A2, and half a mile east of Ebbsfleet International Rail Terminal.
