Basepoint Luton’s ‘Easy in and Easy Out’ terms attracts new licensee

Despite the economic climate, Basepoint Luton is continuing to see a demand for office space as SMEs in the local community opt for smarter solutions to upsizing and downsizing their business. They recently welcomed new licensee, Goldmine Creative, who specialise in providing marketing solutions and web design, to their new office at the Basepoint Innovation Centre in Butterfield Business Park, Luton.

Despite the economic climate, Basepoint Luton is continuing to see a demand for office space as SMEs in the local community opt for smarter solutions to upsizing and downsizing their business. They recently welcomed new licensee, Goldmine Creative, who specialise in providing marketing solutions and web design, to their new office at the Basepoint Innovation Centre in Butterfield Business Park, Luton.
Directors of Goldmine Creative, Rob Varga and Andrew Taylor, were keen to find a client-friendly environment that would accommodate their staff with minimal contractual terms.
Rob Varga, Director of Goldmine Creative, comments: “Basepoint has the flexibility we were looking for with no tie in contracts. The space is bright and efficient with a great ambiance and that all important feel good factor. One thing that was important to us was the ability to network with other companies, and when Andrew was invited to give a media presentation at Basepoint’s Networking Hub, that was a great opprtunity for us. Andrew and I really want to connect with businesses of all sizes and sectors; we want to motivate them to embrace social media and enhance every business opportunity. We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager and Sales Representatives, which is a reflection of our plans for growth!”

Basepoint support local business and encourage growth by offering a flexible concept which enables companies to upgrade or downsize office space to match those changing requirements with an easy-in, easy-out license: just two weeks’ notice is required to leave. Housed within a stunning contemporary building, the Basepoint Innovation and Business Centre offers a great range of facilities including free parking, incubator units, high speed internet access, breakout area and onsite cafe. Located at Butterfield Technology Park, to the north east of Luton town centre, the centre is easily accessible from the A1 to the east, the M1 to the west, Luton Airport and mainline stations to central London.
