Basepoint Swindon make it to the finals of Wiltshire Business of the Year 2013
Having entered the category of Service to the community sponsored by the BBC Wiltshire, Basepoint Swindon are proud to annouce that they have made it to the finals. In their 20th year the Wiltshire Business of the Year Award has become the business recognition platform that elevates outstanding organisations above the rest. Companies performing successfully, demonstrating best practice, corporate ethics and innovation were eligible to enter. Coincidently it is 20 years since Basepoint opened its first centre in Romsey.
Lyn Chapman, Centre Manager and Kevin Rose, Regional Manager attended the Finalist Cocktail Evening on Wednesday 12th February where they were presented with a finalist certificate
Lyn commented ‘I was thrilled to discover that our application had made the finals and my ball gown has already been dragged from the back of the wardrobe and dusted down. Being shortlisted, or winning an award can bring significant benefits including prestige, media coverage, a boost for sales and marketing and staff morale'. The team are now looking forward to attending the Award Ceremony and Gala Dinner at Centre Parcs, Longleat on 4th April and keeping everything crossed that they will be fortunate enough to pick up the prestigious award.
