Basepoint purchases Camberley site to create flexible business accommodation for SMEs
5th January, 2011: Basepoint has today completed the £2.4m purchase of a 27,600 sq ft office building in Camberley, Surrey, which will also benefit from a £1m refurbishment programme and will open in September 2011 as the latest addition to the Basepoint Centre network, providing flexible accommodation for approximately 80 businesses.
