Lyn, our Leading Lady at Wildcats Fixture
Lyn Chapman, manager of Basepoint in Swindon was treated to a little VIP luxury when she attended the eagerly anticipated Swindon Wildcats Ice Hockey match on January 15th.
As a thank you to Basepoint for sponsoring the Wildcats through their contribution to match programmes, the team laid on a pre-match tour of the clubs facilities, a pep-talk from the Head Coach as well as topping off the visit with fantastic seats for Lyn and her guests to watch the game. Despite the match being lost to opponents the Bracknell Bee’s; the Wildcat’s generosity did not stop there! At the end of the match, the red carpet was laid down on the ice for Lyn to present the highly sought after "Man of the Match" award to a player from each team.
