Representatives from Luton’s business and not-for-profit communities came together recently to raise money for local charities and celebrate local success in 2010’s ‘Luton’s Best Awards’. The awards ceremony honoured the people that make Luton a better place to live and work and recognised the efforts of people of all ages who enhance Luton’s community spirit.

The Alderman Knight School has recently received a cheque for over £280 from Basepoint Business Centre in Tewkesbury, following a raffle and hog-roast barbeque that the centre held earlier in the year.
Basepoint Business Centre in Bournemouth recently hosted a party to celebrate its sixth birthday. The centre opened its doors to local small businesses on 1st November 2004. Since then, it has gone from strength to strength and is now home to 55 companies, with an additional 16 holding ‘virtual offices’.
The south coast ground to a halt on Thursday 2nd December when everyone woke up to inches of snow covering everything in sight.
This didn’t stop a determined bunch of Basepoint staff and licencees making their way into work at Gosport Business Centre.
