£7,967.24 donated to Keech Cottage
Final figures from Basepoint Luton's charity football event on 25th April have now been counted. The total raised in aid of Keech Cottage was a massive £3983.62 which is being match funded by The ACT Foundation - making a total of £7967.24. Well done and thank you to everyone who contributed and made it a fun and enjoyable day.
Newhaven Charity Car Boot Sale
On a sunny Saturday at the end of April, Searchlight and NCDA held a fund raising Car Boot and Cake Sale at Basepoint’s Newhaven Enterprise Centre.
Sunflowers for Badgers in Weymouth
One of the first groups to receive their seeds for the competition are St John’s Ambulance Badgers in Weymouth. Centre Manager Nigel Reed visited the Badgers spending time helping them to plant their sunflowers for the competition.
