Work on the construction of the new 25,000 sq ft Basepoint business centre on Winnall Valley Road officially got under way on Thursday (11 June) as leader of Winchester City Council Cllr George Beckett and members of his economic development team joined senior managers from Basepoint Centres Ltd and Amiri Construction Ltd on-site for a ground-breaking ceremony.
