Basepoint Exeter is to be officially opened by Deputy Lord Mayor of Exeter Ruth Smith on 22 September. The event will celebrate the culmination of over two years’ design and building work and mark the official opening of a facility that will ultimately host over 60 small and start-up businesses, generating jobs and economic growth for the city and its surrounding area.
