To ease the burden of setting up a new business, Basepoint Business Centres is offering a range of Christmas incentive offers to licensees moving in during the month of December.
Any licensee joining Basepoint’s business centres across the south of England and the Midlands will receive three special Christmas gifts; free rent during December, two months’ free phone and line rental and three months’ free broadband. Through the Christmas incentives offer, Basepoint aim to help new businesses find their feet without having to cope with some of the initial expenditure involved.
The reception and breakout area at Basepoint in Swindon was turned into a kids' paradise on Friday 2nd December as local company Kidzcraft came in to display a large selection of their educational and fun products for kids.
Local garage AMK Gatwick set up in the car park at Basepoint Crawley today offering free winter healthy checks to tenants at the centre. The day was a great success and a large number of tenants and staff at the centre took advantage of the excellent offer of free checks.

The Joiners Shop, a Basepoint operated business centre in the Historic Dockyard, Chatham, is to host a charity fashion show on Monday 12th December in aid of its nominated charity, ‘M.A.G.I.C’, Medway Autism Group Information Centre.
