Basepoint High Wycombe and Eastcote recently joined forces to host a free networking event ‘The Networking Hub’, which attracted approximately 25 local business individuals who took the opportunity to network, meet new people, and generate new business – and also listen to two guest speakers.
Key speakers were Margaret, founder of HR Dept, a company which provides personal, practical and people-focused HR solutions for small and medium sized businesses. Drawing from her twelve years experience, Margaret advised on how SMEs can get the best out of their employees. This was followed by John Addrison from Rouse Chartered Accountants who advised on business finance consulting.
Basepoint Swindon will be hosting an electric bike exhibition on Wednesday 7th December in order to raise awareness and support the Cycle to Work scheme which is under the government’s green transport plans.
