Centre Manager

Stephanie joined the Basepoint team in May 2013 as Centre Manager at Basepoint Shoreham, and was promoted to Centre Manager at Basepoint Crawley in May 2015. Before joining Basepoint, Stephanie worked for another business centre operator for a number of years before moving into hospitality management, so brings a variety of skills in customer service and office management. When not at Basepoint, Stephanie enjoys socialising with friends and family as well as spending time with her 2 dogs.

Assistant Centre Manager

Carla joined the Basepoint team in December 2015 covering Laura's maternity leave.  Before joining Basepoint Carla worked as front of house in a wide variety of sectors including retail and hairdressing, and most recently as an administrator for the NHS.  When not at Basepoint Carla likes yoga, baking, and is passionate about travelling.

Pauline joined the Basepoint team in February 2007. Before joining Basepoint Pauline worked at a local bank for 31 years. Pauline has baked cakes and even auctioned her catering skills to the highest bidder to raise money for the centres charity. When not at Basepoint Pauline can be found in the local gym and socialising with friends.

Geoff joined the Basepoint team in March 2013, and is now handyman at our Crawley and Shoreham locations. Before joining Basepoint Geoff worked for a local car paint supplier and prior to this worked as a fire extinguisher engineer.  When not at Basepoint Geoff can be found fishing and socialising with friends.
