Michelle Gagie

Centre Manager

Michelle joined Basepoint in 2010, starting her journey at Northfleet, spending some time at Chatham also and has now taken on Dartford. Michelle is passionate about networking and uses every given opportunity to bring businesses together. As well as attending many external networking events, Michelle runs a quarterly B2B Networking Hub at Dartford and is a partner in Professional Women in Business. Outside of work Michelle likes to physically challenge herself with mountain climbing, participating in sportive and is now training for her first half marathon in preparation for a full marathon.

Kirsty Gordon-Thomas

Assistant Centre Manager

Kirsty joined the team on Friday 13th November, as Maternity cover for the Assistant Manager.

Kirsty joins the team from a background in Corporate Business Centre Management in Mayfair. Kirsty is also heavily involved in fundraising and volunteering for Cardiomyopathy UK, a Charity supporting suffers of the Heart Muscle disease.

Kirsty lives in Kent with her husband and two children and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Roger Gladman

Handy Person

Roger joined the Basepoint team in November 2011. Before joining Basepoint Roger worked for English Landscape as a landscape gardener.  In fundraising for the centre's charity Roger once dressed in his Santa hat, selling hundreds of raffle tickets at our Christmas party. 

When not at Basepoint, Roger can be found on a Bowling Green or golf course - which takes up most of his spare time!

Paula Weeks

Receptionist

Paula joined Basepoint Dartford as a receptionist in September 2016 and is enjoying being part of such a friendly team. Having such a busy reception, Paula's enjoying meeting lots of new people as part of her new role. Outside of work Paula enjoys spending time with her family, holidaying in the sunshine & drinking cocktails !
