Lisa Rooney

Centre Manager

Lisa started her journey with Basepoint as Centre Manager at Winchester but more recently moving to become Centre Manager at Southampton. Before joining Basepoint Lisa worked as Events Manager and later Sales Manager in the hospitality industry. Lisa has also worked as a Police Community Support Officer, spending a lot of time on youth projects.

When not at Basepoint Lisa enjoys looking after her horse, music festivals and travelling.

Caroline Ciaravella

Assistant Centre Manager

Caroline joined the Basepoint team in January 2006. Before joining Basepoint Caroline worked in various administrative roles before working with Caroline Kendall in conference and events. When not at Basepoint, after a session of zumba, she likes to spend time with her children and chill out with friends.

Roz Wall

Receptionist

Roz joined the Basepoint team in September 2006. Before joining Basepoint Roz worked in various hospitality roles before working with Caroline and Caroline in conference and events. When not at Basepoint she likes to spend time with her children and chill out with friends and family.

Steve Ward

Handy Man - Southampton

Steve joined the Basepoint Southampton team in May 2016 after spending time working in facilities and events.

Outside of Basepoint Steve loves to walk his dog, enjoys eating chocolate and listening to Rock music.

Steve has enjoyed meeting a lot of new faces since he started and is looking forward to putting his DIY skills to the test.
