Location: Strategically located just off junction 2 of the M48 motorway we occupy a unique position, providing excellent transport links as well as fabulous views of the Severn Estuary. Access to the motorway network is excellent, serving Wales, The Midlands and South West England.

Office Space: We provide a number of options for all sizes of business, which mean that we can cater for your every need as your business grows. To begin with a Virtual Office may work best for you, providing everything from an office address for your post to a local area phone number professionally answered in your company name. From there you may decide to take a workspace in our shared office, with internet access and a landline, which works as an excellent stepping stone between working from home and taking an individual office. As your business grows and you take on staff you could then transfer to an office of your own. All of this means that you can migrate from option to option without ever having to change your telephone number or office address on websites and company literature. Also our flexible terms mean that progressing is a breeze.

Community Feel: We aim to build small to medium size business communities that add value to the areas they are in, rather than simply locate small businesses under one roof. We do all that we can to encourage a community feel including arranging free monthly ‘coffee and cakes’ networking opportunities and providing free fruit for all licensees each month. Our building is dog-friendly which means you can bring your four legged friend to the office with you, which creates a lovely atmosphere and lots of interaction between fellow dog-lovers. We also arrange more formal networking events, inviting speakers from the from the local business community to give talks and presentations (more info below). The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed and we get immense satisfaction seeing the businesses on site interacting and helping each other succeed.

Networking Hubs: The Networking Hub is free to attend and refreshments are provided, including a light lunch. The event is open to all businesses in the area, regardless of whether they are based here, and is a great opportunity to meet new people and build successful business relationships.

First Class Facilities: We provide fully serviced meeting rooms, onsite car parking, a breakout area and kitchen, showers, and outdoor space for a relaxing lunch break in the sunshine.

Additional Services: We provide regular professional car valeting in our car park, a sandwich van visits the site daily so that you don’t need to go far to pick up your lunch, and we receive regular visits from an ITEC qualified massage therapist who provides onsite massage and is happy to discuss workplace health with our licensees.

Charity Donations: As Basepoint is owned by The ACT Foundation, a leading UK grant making charity, each Basepoint Centre is dedicated to fundraising for a selected local charity and The ACT Foundation match funds any money raised for the chosen Charity, up to a maximum of £10,000. Here in Chepstow, we support St David’s Hospice Care who do a wonderful job caring for over 3,200 local patients and families every year. We also recently began a ‘Making a Difference in Nepal’ campaign, aiming to raise £250,000 for ShelterBox a UK registered charity providing emergency shelter and vital supplies following the recent earthquake in the region.
