Crowds of people flocked to a Monmouthshire Christmas fayre this week, raising more than £5,000 for St David’s Hospice Care, Basepoint Chepstow's chosen centre charity.

A Chepstow pub has received critical acclaim for their toilets after they were given the highest rating possible from the Loo of the Year Awards 2016. The Bell Hanger on St. Mary Street has been awarded a platinum star rating by inspectors, something which is only given to places which offer “exceptional toilets”.
Chepstow Racecourse Defend Event Move Following Criticism
The chief executive of Chepstow Racecourse has responded to claims that businesses have lost thousands of pounds in profits following the move of a popular charity event. The ‘Hoggin the Bridge’(HTB) event attracts hundreds of bikers from across the UK and was previously held in Chepstow town centre.
