Y Ddraig Goch is flying for Euro 2016

You would have to be living on the moon not to realise that the 2016 UEFA European Championship kicked off last week and here at Basepoint Chepstow we don't need much of an excuse to have some fun...and if there's a bit of healthy competition involved, all the better!
A sweepstake has swept through the Chepstow Centre with Basepoint staff and Licensees joining in, picking their teams at random. Each entrant donated £5 to the pot, the winner will receive half of the total prize-winnings and will be able to donate the other half to a charity of their choice.
The agony and ecstasy of the beautiful game has already been keenly felt here in Chepstow, as teams were picked from the hat, provoking delight or disappointment.
Reception has been decorated with the flags of all competing teams, with Y Ddraig Goch - the Red Dragon - taking pride of place at the heart of the display.
