His normal two wheeled transport has a large engine and all he has to do is twist his right wrist to move but Andrew Weston, the centre manager at Gosport Business Centre, has decided to swap to pedal power, all in aid of charity.
A group of young Chinese entrepreneurs and politicians are visiting east Sussex this week. On Monday they were hosted by Lewes District Council who took them to visit Newhaven.
On the 25th May Claire visited Denton School and met the gardeners from Miss Johnston’s class. Together they selected a sunflower, marked and measured it. It was 22 cms. Claire also had a tour of their garden where they are growing potatoes, beans, tomatoes and strawberries amongst other fruit and vegetables. Members of the group are pictured with the selected sunflower.
