BROMSGROVE BUSINESS CHEQUES IN TO HELP THE YOUNG AND HOMELESS

Basepoint Bromsgrove has presented a cheque of £5000 to The Basement Project, a charity which provides support for the homeless. Basepoint Business Centres are owned by the ACT foundation, a grant-making charity dedicated to improving the quality of life of those in need. Each centre is dedicated to fundraising for a selected charity, with the ACT foundation matching funds raised. Office manager for The Basement Project Carole Hill said “The money donated will enable us to continue to deliver our service to young people in the area".

Balloons charity blown away by Basepoint donation

Basepoint Exeter recently donated £1,070 to local charity and licensee, Balloons, after match-funding the proceeds of a grand draw organised by Balloons which took place in the summer. Agnes Wojnicka, Assistant Manager at Basepoint Exeter, was delighted to present the cheque to Jenny Pheby, Fundraising and Development Manager at Balloons, and Family Support Co-ordinator and Trainer at Balloons, Deborah Butler.

Community spirit carries the torch for local charities

The Basepoint Innovation and Business Centre in Luton is delighted to announce that it has donated £1,744 to its chosen charity, ReachOut Plus, and also £346 to St. Vincent de Paul, an international Christian voluntary organisation that tackles poverty.
